Who I Am

I'm Kubilay Zengin, also known as Kubi Rich. Mechatronics engineer with a minor in Computer Science from Izmir University of Economics. Based in Izmir, Turkey.

I currently lead AI operations at AI Operator, a US-based startup, where I design AI automations, build and test AI agents, and standardize operational workflows. Before that, I worked at Acrome Robotics as a UI designer/developer building interfaces for smart motor drivers.

My background blends robotics, industrial automation, and software with modern AI. I'm interested in how AI can be practically applied to real business problems, not just demos.
